How to connect Cursor to your Pepperstone account

1. Add TraderWAI to Cursor

Works in Cursor (Agent).

In Cursor go to Settings → Tools & MCP → «Add new MCP server».

Click «Connect with cTrader» and sign in with your cTrader ID. You don't share your password with TraderWAI.

Pepperstone offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader, and TraderWAI connects all three. The easiest way to start is cTrader: it connects with your cTrader ID on TraderWAI's free plan.

Add https://mcp.traderwai.com to your AI as a custom connector (MCP server).
cTrader: in TraderWAI go to Settings → Broker accounts → Add account → cTrader, sign in with your cTrader ID and choose your Pepperstone account.
MT4 or MT5: add it as MetaTrader with the login, password and server exactly as MetaTrader shows them (Trader plan).
Ask your AI for your balance to check the connection, then for a chart or an order.

Pepperstone and TraderWAI: what to know

Pepperstone offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader (plus TradingView and its own platform). TraderWAI connects MT4, MT5 and cTrader accounts.
Pepperstone MT4/MT5 demo accounts expire after 60 days, and cTrader demos after 90 days without activity (unless you have a funded live account). When a demo expires, connect a new one in TraderWAI.
